By accessing or using Helm and its products, including Moonboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Helm provides team collaboration tools. Moonboard is a collaborative celebration board that lets teams create shared boards for farewells, birthdays, promotions, anniversaries, and other milestones. Features include text messages, image and GIF attachments, and AI-assisted writing.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Board creators control access to their boards via shareable links. You must not share links to boards you do not have permission to distribute.
You agree not to: upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; use the service to spam, phish, or distribute malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; use automated tools to scrape or overload the service; or impersonate another person or entity.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Helm. By posting content, you grant Helm a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and deliver that content as part of the service. Board owners may download or delete boards and their contents at any time. We do not sell user content to third parties.
Moonboard offers optional AI-assisted writing to help you draft messages. AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before posting. AI inputs may be processed by third-party providers; do not submit sensitive personal information through AI features.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If your payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
The Helm name, logo, and all product designs, code, and documentation are the property of Helm and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without written permission. "Helm", "Moonboard", and related marks are trademarks of Helm.
Your use of Helm is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Privacy PolicyHelm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Helm at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
